Project 4A : A NOOK TO INSPIRE

So happy that this assignment need not to sketch, draw, and prepare paper works..

But only take picture and do power point only..

This assignment mainly want us relax before going to a sems break..

THRUSLI want us to capture spaces using a sarong or "tikar" around HBP school area..

The spaces that we capture must have the interaction between things and sarong..

I've choosen sarong because the sarong has its flexibility to suit any spaces to create and shows its uniqueness..

creating a light cube with mounting board is our task at the moment..

Dr. Syarmila has talk about how accretion and subtraction works around us.

In order to ubderstand how we apply this concept,

so, Dr. Syarmila want us to create and design a light box.

besides that, Mr Wan want us to create a BLACK BOX which is contain energy and able to contribute lightning to the light cube once the black box approach it.

Another sketching assignment again...

For this assignment, I've been asking friends around about how to deal with its..

Thanks to Li Yang, she was so kind to prepare a "How To Sketch Well" reference book for me to learn...

I remembered what THRUSLI had commented on my Project 2A : Natural Structure, he said that i"m not drawing but painting...

How funny that i was wondering..

I was like "hurh? painting? i do really sketch a tree what!!"

After that, i went to found out this answer..

and now i've understood what THRUSLI meant!!

Project 2C : The Mask

Steps to make THE MASK

Step One
Prepare the material that needed which is water, PVA glue, big brush, and tissue.

Step two
Mix one part of the PVA glue with three parts of water together with the tissues to create the modelling paste.

Step Three
Shape my face with a piece of aluminium foil.
Put on the modelling paste on the aluminium foil on my face.

Step Four
After finish cover all the surface of the aluminium foil, left it to dry overnight or under the sun light.

Step Five
After the mask get dry wholy, colour the mask with poster colour.
Decorate the exactly physical apperance of my face.

EXISTENCE

Existence is the state of existing. Meaning that there is something is living, to be real and found in this world. Light, colour, texture and mathematic is exist around us and influence our lifestyle obviously.


The existence of light bring life to this world. The source of light is comes from the sun and it is the centre of this universe. Without the sun meanwhile the light wouldn't exist, when this world is without the light, the whole world will be out of balance and living creatures will facing extinction. This is because the light provide us the basic need to all the living creature. For example, a tree need the light to produce oxygen for human and animals to breathe. Crops need light to grown and then become foods to human, animals.


The existence of colours and textures have influence our lifestyle obviously. Colour is derives from the spectrum of light interacting in the eye with the spectral sensitivities of the light receptors. The found of colours have bring us sensibility arounf the things that exist in this world. Each colour symbolize different meaning, for example blue is seen as trustworthy, dependable and committed. The color of sky and the ocean, blue is perceived as a constant in our lives. Some shades or the overuse of blue may come across as cold or uncaring. Green is the pervasive color in the natural world that is an ideal backdrop in interior design because we are so used to seeing it everywhere. Besides that, looking to greenie things is good to ours eyes health.


Texture refer to the properties held and sensation caused by the external surface of an object which is exist in this world around us. Different texture send different message through our sensation of touching. Texture could help those people who are blind to communicate with others.

Mathematics is the knowledge of science and study of quantity, structure, space, and change. Albert Einstein stated that "as far as the laws of mathematics refer to reality, they are not certain; and as far as they are certain, they do not refer to reality". With the knowledge of mathematic, its make somethings exist like formula, theories and so on.

As long as these element exist in this world, there are keep influnce us as the universe is expanding.
